I have issues with completing courses/certification

I was trying to complete my Cribl Certified User courses/certification, and I still couldn't go through any courses. It runs and video stops in the middle of the course/lesson. I selected “Leave Lesson” and started again (or Resume), getting the same issue over again. I have been trying this since last night, like select Leave Session-->Resume, I tried several times, but nothing is working. I contacted training-support@cribl.io, but they couldn't resolve that issue as of now. Any recommendations will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Obaidul,

    Can you try opening your browser developer tools and see if there is an error being thrown when the video stops? If you are not sure how to find that, let me know what browser you are on and I can help.

    Also, have you tried accessing from another network/system to see where the issue might be occurring?
