Using a load balancer with RAW HTTP source, what to use for a health check?

For a Raw HTTP source, if I put that behind a load balancer, what would I use for a health check?

I think the general health check plus TCP availability of that port is what you can get

There's a health API endpoint on the management port, but I don't think there is one for traffic ports
