Which source/destination combo is advised and provides the best compression?

hey all. i have a cribl cluster on premise and a cribl cluster in the cloud. both connected to the same leader. i need to send from on prem to cloud. which source/destination combo is advised and provides the best compression? Seems like Cribl HTTP/TCP.Is that right?

Yes, that is the way to do it. TCP if your network policies allow it.

TCP should generally be lower CPU usage and network bandwidth because it's a persistent connection, so connection is established once and kept open.

BTW, what are you sending to the 1st worker group and what is the volume? Just curious?
